Software like Remini?

    I don't suppose anybody has any software like Remini? but one that will work in Photoshop / as a stand alone on Windows?

    I really like the way Remini cuts out blur and restores images but it's not very practical using it on my phone and then having to upload it online to download again and edit the image in Photoshop.

    Topaz Sharpen or Even Topaz Gigapixel can at some extent and with different methods increase the level of detail ( I used Sharpen a few times and it can sometimes save a photo, and the sharpen method is quite good).
    But they will not work as Remini since it seems to work with a database of reference photos and can replace completely data in a photo by guessing what it is (Teeth, hait, eyes..) .
