@convectuoso - i downloaded part 14 twice to double check but I think it's been badly compressed.

I've unzipped it using Archive Utility as well as 7za in the command line and getting these errors:

you know what... i'm going to take a guess and say you're still uploading them, and they're not being uploaded sequentially, so 14 is probably still in progress.
