    When I select any of these presets, they try to load the DVLOP Film profile, but Lightroom says it is missing. Did I miss moving a file to the right place, or is the actual camera profile missing? Thanks for the upload!

    True. That's pretty easy to oversee. They made special camera profiles (DVLOP FILM) for this one.
