Lifetime Gold membership changes

So, you took away my life time membership and ALL accumulated points I had left (500)???
Really????? This is how you reward our efforts???? I have worked a long time towards life long membership, I have shared the content I have paid money for. After all that, I am left with nothing????

SHAME ON YOU, we did not deserve this.

 

Soooooooooooooooo.....with 42K + likes.....i get 3K trophys, and have to "buy" GOLD every month?????

Because we worked hard for lifetime membership, often spending our own money, just to be left with literally NOTHING.

 

Accepted. But I have spent a lot of trophy points on lifetime membership, trophy points I've collected for 3 years, only to have "lifetime membership" for few months. What about those points? You should reimburse us all at least half of them.

 

Which you took away. So all my points gone for something I was having 3 or 4 months. 3 years of posting down the drain.

When you treating us like this, how can you expect we will continue posting??? For what, for you next punishment. Thank you, but no thank you, I have lost all respect and trust I had.

RETURN US ALL TROPHY POINTS WE'VE SPENT FOT "LIFETIME" MEMBERSHIP, THEN YOU CAN START REBUILDING THE TRUST. UNTIL THEN, SAYONARA.

 

And how much TPs did I have to spend for "lifetime" membership? Please correct me, but I think it was more than 500. So all those TPs down the drain for 4 months of "lifetime".
This was an asshole move and you know it.

 

Hmmmm....seems i had to earn a b*ttload of likes to get a lifetime membership.....and only kept 300+ trophy points that were left over....nope, does not seem fair,,,,no way, no how. Agree with tribal.

 

@george Personally I think this system is not fair at all for all those members who worked really hard towards their lifetime membership. It is not just about having a lifetime membership but it's also about having in a way a sense/feeling of a great accomplishment. We all know how hard it is to get there. As mentioned above, it takes years to get there. Please admins, if you wanna change rules about trophy points make it applicable to those who are not there yet, as in this new rule should not affect those who have already got their lifetime membership. That's just my two cents

Agree. It's not fair to take their lifetime memberships away. They earned it and you sold it.

It's ok to not offer it to other members from now on. But the old ones helped to bring this community what what it is now. Not only by sharing great content and buying gold memberships. It's that they believed in it from the beginning. Many of them are still here and continue sharing. You need to compensate this in some way @george.

 

I agree - there should be some exception or "grand-fathering" process for those who have already earned this status - I think there were less than 20, correct? I personally can be excluded because I've enough points to last approx 13 + years (I'll have passed on by then or I'm sure this whole process will be an antiquated paradigm). Overall - the switch is fair - I can see that element - but with the caveat of excluding those who've already earned it for the very points expressed by @Leona95 (there's been vested interest in building the foundation by these peeps). I do hope a consideration is given on this . . . it's a healthy request . . .

Why remove my lifetime membership and just give back 700 trophy points?, it must be 1k as I purchased so far.
