I know this is a long shot because it's technically a sewing tutorial (which is why I'm not putting it under requests) BUT I've spent thousands on dresses to use exclusively for photo sessions and it'd really help if I could just make some on my own. Anyone have this course? Anna Triant School of Couture https://www.annatriant.school/
I thought so too. But when I counted the cost of fabric, hours it takes to make the dress like that, AT couture don't seem expensive anymore. And again, it's worth it and so many clients are already expecting the sessions to include the princess wardrobe.
but still, when you are trying to offer a closet and need to have a variety of dresses available to clients, it really adds up. I spent about $7-8k (usd) on dresses this past year and I don't even have that many!
I know! Totally agree! It is a lot when we must have variety in styles and sizes. I just mean that the dresses worth what Anna is asking for them. Yet DIY is surely cheaper, and has lots of other benefits.
