Please guide - wish to achieve this kind of dreamy style

Check out Nikki Harrison on Youtube....she does a few dreamy type images.

 

The images you uploaded are not realistic. They have many technical errors .. In a competition they would receive professional standard scores. The first 2 may have had a place in a gallery with surreal elements.

 

You might be right but what I m trying to achieve is washed out image with such colors n tones.. preferably which are in first two images.. any tips, suggestions or pointing towards any tutorials will be really helpful

 

Nikki Harrison does a lot of this, as mentioned here. Chris Knight's dramatic portrait course won't show you the post-process, but will show the shooting process.

 

If you try to create some dreamy vibes and you have a background image in mind, then try to implement real life elements into your shot, so that there is some real depth. also try lighting it, so that the light from the background gets mimicked

 

For some more dreamy vibes, you should totally invest into a mist filter and a 50mm 1.2 or 85mm 1.2/1.4/1.8

 

The washed out tones you can achieve in post production if you didn't, use to harsh lights
