Ask admins. I have asked them to many times but I still do not have an answer. @h1ghm1nd said he would go ahead but has not done anything yet.

 

@Shark13 - I'm sure many appreciate your gusto in driving this initial request to a GB status with final approval pending H1ghm1nd's review; and you may add my name to the GB listing as a confirmed agreement of same.

It is an assumptive error on your part to believe all interested party members would automatically agree to being GB participants; this should be clearly outlined if you wish to establish a listing differentiating the two. Lacking to do so just adds to the time needed to organize and result in final approval . . .

It is likewise an assumption the listing would be much greater than that presently shown (albeit what you show is truly not reflective of confirmed GB members). I state this because recent history of GBs has had many participants contributing and then the post going GOLD with leaker(s) who pissed off a lot of peeps. Those peeps in hindsight voiced that it'd be better to NOT participate and then acquire the material as GOLD after a month or two; at the target price of $200 and subsequent release timeframe - many "may" opt to wait. After all - ya can't assume one's financial status relative to this "request" with priority for expendable income.

Not trying to ruffle any feathers here - but it's probably considered a best-practice to clearly outline and differentiate a request versus a willing participant in a potential GB - makes it easier for all and especially for the Mod who is approving (so s/he doesn't get left holding the bag and needs to wait for payment, gets frustrated, and then results in potential cancellation due to lack of interest).

Guys, I'm just trying to create GB. I know that not everyone will participate but from some of the older ones we did I noticed that new ones may appear. Believe me, I do nothing more than emphasize the need for a seminar. From there on I wait and I hope we can complete it.

 

I get it and nobody is raggin' on ya man; sometimes the written word might not come across as intended . . .

You're trying to facilitate a GB and those of that interest appreciate it; myself included - and also want to be listed as an interested member.

So perhaps some recommendations(??):
- create a numbered list of those interested in a GB - by my count that includes the following -

5. @greerg

7. @mikeymouse

9. @ecw268

- Remove @JoFelton from your list
- Define a limit and set an entry price range for seat (20 heads @ 10-15$ per seat [or similar])
- Ask those members voicing interest for request specifically if they want in on a GB
- With the listing completed - propose this to @h1ghm1nd

I thought that first the GB is approved by the administrator and then we start a new list of those who are really interested ..
Can you please do it yourself? You are Lifetime Gold member and you have more experience

A GB can occur a few different ways and is pretty dynamic -
But since this originated as a general request and you offered to build a listing for transition to GB, it's commonplace to make sure there is sufficient minimum interest (anyone coming late is generally accepted up to a time frame because at that point it's just revenue for day-to-day operations, etc.)

I've no interest in specifically organizing this per se - so if anyone wants to copy/paste the above listing from post #47 above please feel free to do so - it's a start. And perhaps verify if the following want to be added:
