Sadly, the shortcuts are now under a moderate 3 dollar purchase. I managed to find the shortcuts from the Fulltime Filmmaker team and look to use it for now.

Awesome, thanks. First link still works, but the archive is pw-protected (and not with same pass). Could you share it?

 

The password works, it's just that on a Mac, you need to use something like keka because the built in unpacker can't handle AES encryption. 7-zip and winrar will work, too.
