Mega account suspended

All 7 of my Mega, fileaxa, and Workupload Accounts were hit. There is definitely a rat in the house that needs to be exterminated.

 

Just a suggestion, but why not remove all new individuals from Aug 2021 and newer, as it seems like within the last year someone that got in is the culprit. Maybe starting an IRC chat ( https://kiwiirc.com/ ) to better screen the new individuals.
Also suggest adding in the .htaccess file:

It's definitely become a problem. As I have now in the last month had Mega, fileaxa, and Workupload accounts all disabled from reporting.

If we will ditch all the Aug 2021 and onwards. We're not sure, if the person has a multiple accounts from 1st quarter of 2021 or early on that time. Just my opinion. So, the culprit could be still at LARGE.

So, we could considered it. It may not be only one person. It could be 2 or more or a clan of moronics. Yeah, because it would be impossible just to do it alone. Because, for eg. if I would do a bad thing, I couldn't do it just by myself. There's a lot of links out in here. And it's a time consuming and it's a complete waste of time doing it alone. Probably, they would encourage someone to ask for a help, right? Just my opinion.

 

There is no way this is one individual when the amount of accounts being dropped is happening.. its a team. I had 13 accounts all banned.

reuploading 100s of GB is no small task. This has to be nipped and quickly.

 

And guys, I think it's not only us who's been affected. Way back before if you could notice gfxdomain.co, godownloads.net, gfxtra, graphicex.com links:

For eg. such as this, most or some of them are not working. Because someone or a team is complaining about copyright. But that one thing I could gurantee to anyone. Like what DLUX said it's a team, who's doing these to this group.


Like this for instance. Just by clicking Contact Us, anyone could create a ticket and file for complaints.




For me, I do conclude for myself. If we will approach to this matter, it will be unstoppable and very hard to tolerate. I think there will be no better way to beat against the odds with this kind of scenario. The best thing we could do is to find another way like admin would suggest is another alternative for Mega.NZ So, Quit Kill situation, let's just move forward.

Mega didn't count strikes. I had none, then suddenly I was suspended. No appeals. No information. Nada.
They won't tell me what content, and they won't reinstate my account. I'm going to make a guess that it is Lindsay Adler content as she was one of the last things I downloaded and I know she's like that.

If you're not taking steps to secure the basics, its just a matter of time till this will happen again and again.

Use usenet or a private tracker - problem solved! And ffs, clear the search engine results.

 

Yep, business account, full paid, this morning, i got the message "Account suspended due multiple copyright violations. Obviously, no mail. Fk them. I'll stick to free accounts multiplied by hundreds )
They changed DMCA algorythm or EULA, that they became so aggressive.

Majority of us have had mega acc deactivated due to Tara Mapes Fine Art tutorials.

Interesting read...now I'm wondering (out of ignorance) can this go any further than just having our account deleted?

 

I'm thinking as long as someone doesn't reside in NZ....no? It still could be a good idea to use a vpn going forward, though that is really going to increase transfer time.
