Welcome to the new members. The forum is now opened to registration. Only so the forum can grow, expand and be better. The new members must behave and follow the rules. It is up to you for how long the registration stays open.
I am also curious. While I welcome the new members and the potential for new content shares from them (not to mention "likes" on my shares that have been around a while) I am a bit hesitant as there is still an issue with what appears to be someone reporting links for Mega takedowns as well as the leaking of high-quality content that originates from here. I have no answers, nor criticism of staff and mods...I appreciate you and all the work involved. Personally, I'd just rather not see the flood gates open wide.
There isn't a fixed number of members or a fixed closing date for registration. I too wish that only good members will join, but time will tell.
Just saw this update. I was wondering why I saw so many new folks all of a sudden! Is there a way new users could be required to view the rules, posting guidelines, do not share list, how gold works, etc. before accessing any content? That way we can be sure they at least saw it (even if they decide to ignore it). This could help with rule enforcement and alleviating some of the "training" of the new crop that current members end up inevitably having to do. That "onboarding" stuff is a bit scattered at the moment so a common excuse is "oh, I had no idea such and such was prohibited. You sure you can't just send me that file via dm?"
Yes, actually this is already implemented. All the members are required to read this thread: https://p-v.club/threads/all-the-things-you-need-to-know-as-a-newcomer-to-p-v-club.28839
