    Hey guys,

    Sorry, I'm new to this community, so not sure how groupbuy propositions should be posted. But this looks like an amazing course and it's on pre-order offer until December 10 when it launches (-20% + bonus content).

    For those who don't know Jacob, he's got a following of 807k on instagram: @jacob

    There are 55 videos, 8 modules and 5 hours of content. Modules included Equipment, Technical, Creative, In the Field, Editing (Lightroom + Photoshop), Edit With Jacob and Business.

    There are also exclusive 1-on-1 shoot and edit sessions with @samkolder and @jordhammond, along with an interview with Beautiful Destinations CEO, @jeremyjauncey.

    Anyway, maybe if there is enough interest, somebody can organize a groupbuy for this course?

    I don't speak for the site admins/staff but I highly doubt there will be another group buy if the content is already on the site. Just share some content, get likes and get gold, then you can get this along with a myriad of other content too!

    Okay fair enough!!! I still didn't get the whole Gold points entirely. Is the trophy points the ones i need to buy the Gold Membership? Is it the likes that gives you the trophy points correct? How many likes for 1 point then?

    The gold system is primarily in place to reward longtime contributors of the community, but also serves to make it a little more difficult for people that would join and leach/leek.

    You were initially able to either work your way up to it, or purchase it outright. But then problems were encountered with paypal and I think the admin is working to find a suitable alternative.

    Trophy points themselves are obtained by reaching milestones. Unfortunately, it looks as though those are limited to likes vs other forms of contribution.

    Don't get me wrong, i trully believe this is the right way to go but i was just trying to understand some of the basics here in the forum!

    Not a problem. I think things are more extensively explained in the FAQs (or somewhere). Not sure what the plan is going forward - the forum has definitely grown at an exponential rate (in terms of content posted) so original content (and, in turn, likes) are a little harder to come by. Coupled with the PayPal woes..
