    Probably a failure of the software on my side, I had difficulties reading the azw3 format, and the epub and pdf conversions were subpar or unreadable. Anyway I took a failed pdf apart and jury-rigged a rebuild. Some may like to have a serviceable pdf in addition to the azw3 format provided above. If so, please enjoy my amateur attempt, but I humbly request that you first give the OP in post #1 (@Thunder) and mirrors in posts #4 and #10 (@jbgood47 & @Coraline) their well-deserved "likes".

    @jbgood47 - a legend in his own time, has kindly provided an official version in pdf format in the following link so I am removing the link to my homemade "pdf" format previously provided here. However, the other comments still apply. Please give likes to the OP and mirrors for keeping this book available. It is a good read, worth the time, and gold status (let's keep it a p-v.c exclusive)
    You can also go to the above post #10 for an active mirror of the original azw3 kindly provided by the indefatigable @Coraline .
