Anyone else have trouble installing this? I keep trying, but it doesn't show up in the available presets.
Have you tried installing other presets? I’m using a cracked version of Neo, so I’m wondering if that’s what’s causing the problem. I’m able to create and save my own, but this is the only outside preset I’ve tried using so far.
Yes. I have installed other ones - but those obtained direct via their site and I am running a legit version so perhaps they link everything to account and only works if you get it via official channel?
@DeepDish Got them to work: If you open NEO and the click on File and 'Add Luminar Preset Collection' and then select the preset file downloaded it should then appear in your purchased templates (right hand side panel) as per attached screen shots Hope it works for you.
