    Hey I Checked the link still works for me , the Videos are played both in the app and the browser! Can you explain what's the problem in layman terms ? I can't get "files are not decrypted" means

    So the best way to recreate the issue is to go to the link in incognito so you're not pulling up your logged in cache or try a different browser

    This is the view for undecrypted folders.

    When we try to download a single undecrypted folder this is the error:
