Background blur action

    Hi guys

    I remember seeing an action that you run and then paint in the blur with a brush, I cant find it, does anyone remember this or recommend any action?

    If you need to blur the Background, without blur in a destructive way.
    Covert the BCK Layer in a Smart Object, them apply Gaussian Blur as a filter and paint on the filter mask. White reveals Black Conceals
