Select specific body parts in Photoshop

Cameraraw is the one way: used as filter in first (main) smart object layer and every change you make will sync all the upper sm.on layers. The only conflict here is if you use 3rd party actions from market places.
Still if they support sm.ob the most of them, they make a copy of a tiff image of your photo you workin on, not the copy of the raw file that projected in sm.ob file of your workflow, and in this way every change you make in cameraraw will not sync with the upper sm.ob layers because if includes tiff images instead of raw projections are not transparent.
-can be modified of course on your needs.

The other way is to use the old-school selection-to-mask that after 3 decades are still usable for me -especially after the ai selection tools In latest phs are really fast

 

I found an easy solution using retouch4me skin selection but it can only select face and thats enough for me to use retouch4me vessels and brilliance.

 

Yep, ret4me is the easiest way

And you can’t go fast & easy in areas that not supported by ai things

So why aren't you using r4m's Skin Mask? With it you can select "all skin", or just the "face", or just the "body", etc?
