double click the iso file. it should mount as a vitual CD drive. treated it as if you just insert a cd. open it then install. if you can not mount the ISO file then google how to mount an ISO file. EDIT: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/mount-an-iso-image-in-windows-vista/ during install it will temp disconnect your internet.... and once install, there is no crack need to do. its pre-cracked and just works.

I think you've downloades ISO image. If so, you can extract all content in another folder and then install from that new folder. Or just mount ISO-file in virtual drive and install from that drive. Update: it seems my answer is too late

Monkrus usually cuts out all languages except English and Russian. I do not think you can use Italian with its product.
I think the new Adobe cc 2019 Software's are already Preactivated. i am using Latest Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , Media Encoder , Photoshop , Lightroom , CC 2019. Works Fine for me. With Latest Updated Drivers.
