There is any tutorial on how to use the brushes effectively?

 

youtube has a few

 

On YouTube . Search for Jackson Carvalho YouTube page, he shows how you can use and apply the brushes.
He uses an action created to work with them but the action is not available,you have to buy or subscribe the classes and he sends you the action.
But, there is a video here he as the action panel open and you can see the steps he use to creat the action,so,if you understand Photoshop you can creat that action
