Hi! I have already downloaded the 15 files and when I try to unzip them, I get an error. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks!

 

This issue can be common if you're using a mac. Use keka or 7zip to unpack them and only unpack the first file - the rest will automatically unpack, too.

I did exactly what you told me and I still get an error , I have Win.

 

Well, you'll need to be a little more specific. What error are you getting? It's possible that your download was interrupted and one of the files got corrupted. But hard to say without more info. I was able to extract the files successfully on a Windows 11 machine using the latest version of 7zip.

 

It tells me exactly this "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged, no archives found" when I try to unzip the first file.

 

lol so you're using winrar, not 7zip as I talked about above. Try 7zip: https://www.7-zip.org/ - if you still can't get it, then you may have had an actual downloading issue and you may have to redownload the files.

 

The problem was the first file, I downloaded it again and it worked, thank you very much!
