Hey guys, I think I got my PayPal working hopefully. Just double checking. So confused with this thread and the other one going on..
This is for the SUOCOMO V3 ?
And what was the other group buy for and what is different from that group buy and this one.

Like I said I never really purchase "LUT's" ever but see you all are really anxious to get them and willing to help out

 

It's good to hear from you that you're supporting this GB Thinking there is only a SUCOMMO V3 latest pack, so what's the point to get the V2 or any other

I feel the same. Need a bit more info. Also, is it only for ARRI footage? Or does it have LUTS for other cameras? I'm on slog3 (I guess using a CST would solve the problem anyhow)

 

With some tweaking you can get a decent results Yes, this one pack should an ARRI one

 

Yes, I forgot to ask that, bc I see there is a version for Sony camera which I use... I do not think it will be that much difference between cameras but still would like to know.
I asked since the beginning if it was the newer V3 yet no one everr changed the request title to V3 bc there is No such thing as Pack 2 nor pack anything... Then I noticed another thread that was for a group buy with some other Product from them or Lut or Pack hahahaha.
I tried searching for the last 3 days for ANY review or comments about these an even older version and there is basically Nothing.
Only some 5 years old Brim YouTube video from their first LUT's vivid.
All other comments are on Reddit and say it is way overrated for the price, which makes sense bc they are pretty crazy expensive and No real feedback anywhere.
Their Facebook page has some awesome "pictures" with their LUT's being used, but Not one comment anywhere there. And no videos, just Pictures with their LUT applied to them.

 

Just curios, How do you know? Sorry but I have been searching for several days and cannot find anything on these. Nothing at all actually which is weird. All LUT's need some tweaking for sure, specially if you do not nail, exposure, lighting, white balance etc etc...
@FlyingDutchman79 I do not really worry too much about which camera , like you I use Slog but usually ARRI Alexa or almost any camera should be similar.
I got more "worried" when I could not find out ANY information about them anywhere and not really sure what the group buy is actually getting. I am sure we will hear from @salleno soon.
Since he already bought them I am sure he has used them and knows exactly what comes with the Purchase.

Anybody else search around for opinions on these ? I could not find anything literally.
But while searching I did find their older "packs" on a torrent site hahahaha and picked them up Tried them out and was not "impressed". They are Linny LUT V2.4's Linny SST Kit (FOR USE ONLY IN CASES OF OUT OF GAMUT COLORS)

This is one of the major reasons I wanted a group buy. If I had paid $100 for these, I think they are worth it. I'm strictly using them in photoshop and have been very happy with the results. For the $33 we're paying, it's very much a deal. You will get results like the pictures they posted on the website.

 

I couldn't find anything either... not a single review anywhere which is really odd. I mean even Filmbox has some reviews and it's around the same price point.

 

I’ve shot with RED and received really pleased results with the Linny LUTS I mean this is not for everyone taste But I really love the look of it

with all the O, L, U ,A, Z, S, H etc etc Print LUT's and or are they with grain like the references on the website?

Or the SUOCOMO 3 which has just 3-4 "Basic" Let's that have nothing to do with the "Awesome" pictures you all are referring to?
The SPK
SUCOMO™ Supplementary Print Kit Looks like the real deal and much more of a variety of cool looks and LUT's ?
You all keep referring to the images on their website and Facebook but I believe those are from the SPK print kit, Not SUOCOMO3 . SUOCOMO 3 looks quite boring actually if you ask me...?

@salleno sent me a PM and he says SPK payment details. So I imagine it is the
SPK Kit like I just posted and NOT the SUOCOMO3 which are 2 different Packs if I am not mistaken.

I wrote above several times to @salleno but he just said it is the newer version, the newer version of What?
If it IS the SPK kit that I just posted I am in 100%, if it is just for SUOCOMO3 which seems to be only a couple of their LUT's, I am not sure I am willing.
Please clear that all up
