    Lets start with which version you are working with? Portable versions, as a general rule, don't install, they just run wherever you've placed them. However, if you are attempting to run the singular Photo program, there is an installing process. It run just fine for me.

    Your screenshot didn't show for me originally. However, I have no idea what it's talking about. So walk me through each and every step you have taken to use this program, and again I need to know which of the two (2) portable programs you are attempting to use? You should also tell me everything about your computer (OS, RAM, graphics card, etc.).

    Although it shouldn't be necessary for this software program, try starting all over again (meaning totally delete the previous folder housing this portable failed program). Restart your computer, disable ALL your antivirus software and then try again. Once you are able to run the program you can turn on your antivirus again.

    I'm a bit concerned for you because RairApp is malware. I can assure you that it did NOT come from anything I make available to this site. I've run the program through several virus scanning programs and all come up clean.. I've run my computer and all it's files through MalwareBytes (one of the best, if not the best) and it is perfectly clean. I've provided a link to download their free scanning software. It's small and a quick setup, just disregard the few attempt to have you sign up for their complete program. Run the scanner and see what, if anything, it finds.
