I just got a Gold membership. I dont think my account has been activated though because i keeo getting the 2 like limit notification
of course you are but whatever you are gold or not (membership) you must still need more than 200 like received to get unlimit like action. when you get the unlimit like, you will have the button (No limit)beside gold button, like me.
I am a gold member now. But how can I end the subscription one day? Or do I have to click the button every month?
If you really want to you can cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. As long as your subscription is active you do not have to click the button every month.
