Use MEGA sync, that will do the trick for you

 

As wiebenik says, use the Megasync software. Using it, you can donwload either folders and files (structure retained) or individual folders and files.

 

Native apps are always better so, use MEGASync.

it works fine to batch retrieve folders and can resume downloads over a few days even if you run out of bandwidth

 

To avoid bandwith limit on free accounts you'll have to restart your internet conenction from time to time if you have dynamic IP.

Hmm.. I guess I'll just leave one folder to sync with MegaSync for a while. I've used Megadownloader before but this share has over 4000+ files

Wow.. So what happens when you reach a limit? Does it automatically resume after the stipulated time?

 

I downloaded using the MegaDownloader app (not Mega Sync) and it screwed up the folders big time. Have over 3K files to sort
