    Will these work in Lightroom Classic. If so, do I put them in my Local Adjustments Folder? Thanks

    They should work, but you need to put them in Develop Presets folder, path should look something like this:
    C:/Users- [your user name] /AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Lightroom CC/Develop Presets/User Presets
