I added notification, because can't change title

 

you can change the title when you want. It is on the right hand side of your post in the upper right hand corner... Click and there is a drop down menu and there is "Edit" title.

 

Ok for me is not working. I press apply and returns a White Layer. Only that. If I do Layer Via Copy I get the same result

 

Did you place the plugin files in both places?
Is the layer white or gray?

I've been working with this version for a while now. I use Actions for this or Retouch Panel

 

It didn't work for me either. No new layer, just cursor spinning after exiting panel. Then I placed it in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC. (Not Filters). Now it works. Thank you!

It's hard for me to tell you what to do, as I don't know which installer versions you're using. I installed it from the version available on the forum, which Diakov created. This version installs all plugins at once. Maybe try installing that version of the plugins and replacing the Portrait Volumes files.
