Thank you @Nikon4life . This will bring me to 217 issues in my Pro Photographer collection. I am missing some years and have a few blanks but it is quite amazing to have these to look at. The changes in editorial style and the trends in business are quite interesting. Just out of curiosity, are you using Calibre to catalog your epub/pdf collection or some other software? Your collection must be huge! As mine grows, I become increasingly anxious about the reliability of my software and database... Any advice or suggestions?

I just updated my system and need to re-install much - don't even have Photoshop, Capture-One, or Calibre on it yet. But yes - was using Calibre prior to wiping the system SSD. Everything is all backed up on 18 TB Drives for redundancy; but in my mind it's simply pure chaos - Thank the heavens for the "search" function . . . :D:eek:

I asked a similar question several years ago to a few members within this forum and one response (which may be helpful) from one of the pre-Mods - [I don't think he'd mind me posting here]:

I'm not sure if he meant Synology NAS using Synergy back-up or (?). But keep in mind - I believe Synology now uses proprietary drives (one has to buy those that specifically play well with their system) - there are other options though. I can see the benefits of the above - but I noticed on my recent update ALL my drives have been re-named and requires either re-naming to the structure I had prior or I can leave them as-is and re-index. Honestly - it's probably a great question worth re-visiting in the Lounge area of the forum. I'll bet there are some great potential responses / solutions.
