    This is described as part 2, however on Mega link it says its part but but i assume that it is actually part 2 as it has 18 pages.
    Also, can you advise where part 4 is - i did do a search and couldnt see it.

    The file on Mega just has a wrong part number attached to it (didn't realise to fix it) but the file itself is correct and matches this post.

    Regarding the part 4 (Session Workflow Guide (66 pages)), I believe that was originally uploaded here by someone else, not me. So it wasn't my post.
