    I'm dying waiting for the download to finish I wanted to learn ASAP. I have no idea why MegaSync keep going up and down for the download speed. From 300kb/s and now dropping to 20-30kb/s this 2 days while the internet connection is fine. :(

    I had similar issue download speed was half then i stopped using pc app and installed it on my Android phone and i get full speed as my current internet plan but it sometimes fluctuations but by 100-200kb only, so try it hope it works for you. (I can't tell if its issue with megasync or their server load, is it possible that we sometimes get low speeds because of their server load?)

    I have no idea, since I never download size this big from Mega. Everything was going well (or perhaps I didn't noticed anything back then with smaller gigs of files). But this few days is urgh! Leaving it all night, only to find it only downloaded less than 1GB with 20kb/s. This morning I even got 6 kb/s! At first I thought it was my wifi connection, but using the ethernet cable also get the same slow speed. Even tried Megadownloader, but it also dropped at some point. IDM is the most reliable right now for my situation.
    I never tried transfering using Android phone, my phone got insufficient room for that and i fear it would overheat the heck outta it.

    I reached them yesterday and to sum it up, they just tell us to check with our ISP. They (mega) said they didnt do anything on limiting bandwidth or saying anything about server load. So dunno.

    I mostly download few gigs overnight on my Android phone i didn't get any heating issue so try downloading few gigs of files just to check the speed hope it helps:) thats the only solution remaining i guess
