For those having trouble installing, make sure you have Little Snitch to block any outgoing connection and the work around for the following error is described below. Mount the DMG setup file, right mouse on Install file and choose Show Package Content. Get into Contents > MacOS > Run the Install file to start installing photoshop again. 100% working!
