Windows 8.1 It's kinda old. I suggest you to upgrade. Other languages you'll find by downloading over CC Cloud platform using italian language portal.
yes I know it's a bit old but I see no difference with windows 10; do you know if Premiere it's compatible?
I am using this version on Windows 10 Pro 1809 Built. Premiere Pro Works Fine and Smooth. I think this version is Bugs Fixed.
