Any tips on downloading blob videos? If not, any (free ) screen recording extensions/programs?

All of the recorders I was previously using has been flagged for malware. Ideally, there's a workaround to download because there are probably 30 hours of video I need to have completed before Saturday.

It's actually a trial to an exercise program. It isn't hosted directly on vimeo or anything.
