Are embedded video URLs visible to the original creator?

    Question: When the description of a post contains an embedded Vimeo or YouTube video - can the original creator see the website URL of this forum as part of their analytics? And therefore, is it a security risk that would give them a place to investigate?

    Example: https://p-v.club/threads/amanda-holloway-editorial-fusion.6875/

    Maybe this is totally fine, it just strikes me as something that could leave a breadcrumb trail to this website.

    I have now removed the Media Embed Sites. You will no longer be able to embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
