tried reinstalling the plugin
tried to delete the cache file but didnt work

 

the same issue with arri film lab on one of my windows machine with davinci 20,2,3 version

This is the first method.
Try installing Arri Film Lab from the official website. Look for "Davinci Resolve" at the top. Then, go to "Preferences," then "Video Plugin." Then, look for "Arri Film Lab OFX Bundle" and check it. Then, log in again to test whether the Arri Film Lab plugin from the official website is working properly. If possible, try deleting Arri Film Lab from the official website and try installing the Arri Film Lab shared here. this tips from me

 

Or try the second method if the first one doesn't work.
Install the Arri Film Lab plugin shared here. Then, go to DaVinci Resolve, search for preferences, then search for video plugins. Then, find the Arri Film Lab OFX bundle and check it. Then, restart DaVinci Resolve and see if the plugin works.
