I think uploading videos to YouTube and uploading subtitles is very time consuming so this tool will save you a lot of time to create subtitles automatically.

(It uses the GOOGLE API)

Error: Currently unable to create sub and translate right from the app.
You should only get sub and translate via Subtitle Edit

Ex: The language of the Video to create sub is English, select English to English to get sub.
Then use Subtitle Edit to translate into other languages

FAQ:

The tool creates the srt file in the same folder as the video
Tool works best with Udemy-style teaching videos, while movies are a bit poor, especially those with background music.
Due to google translate, the tool supports many languages

Choose "From: English To: English" to get English subtitles only
Then use Subtitle Edit to translate to the final language
