EDIT It does Not work, says file is damaged upon installing, I am sure it is probably needs a terminal command to get it working if you can ask where you got it from...
It most likely needs to be code signed or dequarantined to get it to work..
Just tried it on FCPX 10.7 M2 Mac and it does NOT work...

 

It needs to be opened on the computer to allow installation from any source

sudo spctl --master-disable

 

My M1 runs perfectly

 

I have it allowed to any installation...? Weird, I cannot get it to work... I will try restarting my computer maybe to see if that helps any..
The plugin installs but I have the Red exclamation mark when applying the filter.
What did you do specifically when you installed? I run the installer from my computer and allow any access but it does not work..
I always have my gate keeper to allow anything ...

“Beauty Box FxPlug” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash." This is a typical error that needs a terminal command to get it to work but cannot remember exactly what command it is
I know I have to put something in the terminal then drag the plugin on to it...

 

1. Enter the code I gave you on the terminal. 2. Reinstall the plugin and it will be ready to use

 

If the Mac computer does not open "any source", the computer will directly delete the plugin, which will cause the plugin installation to fail

 

Finally got it to work.. Had to do some other things and then check in my system preferences allow anyways directly to the installer, then had to restart FCPX and now it works..
