    I managed to make it work. Uninstalled PS 2021 (v22.3.1) on Creative Cloud, installed an old version (v21.2.7), then installed the panel, reinstalled the current version and uninstalled the old one. The panel kept intact.

    1 MANUAL INSTALLATION FOR WINDOWS
    1. Enter to folder ‘Manual Installation’ and copy all folders
    2. Go to the path on your computer: For PS CC2014-CC2021: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\
    NOTE: please create ‘extensions’ folder yourself if it is missing in this path
    For PS CC: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ CEPServiceManager4\extensions\

    I actually managed to get it to work by installing cc2019, than using a Zxp installer and it installed the plug in to ps2022 as well

    I got it to work with CC2022 by installing CC2019 (and not Uninstalling 2022) and than try the Zxp method and it installed it to both and than you can uninstall 2019

    On their site it says compatible with M1 Silicon but it is not clear if it is via rosetta or not which many do not mention until you buy it only to find out it is through rosetta only and technically works with Silicon but not really.
