You will make the decision of whether to use the installed version or portable version at point of installation. If you are going to use this program as a standalone, then there is no reason to download the plugins for Photoshop.

PLUGINS FOR PHOTOSHOP:

If you are using the Repack (installed) version and wish to use the program in Photoshop as a plugin, then copy the three (3) plugin files to the following folder:

C:/Program Files > Common Files > Adobe > Plugins > CC

It was suggested that the vulkan-1.dll file be placed in your Windows/System32 folder or Photoshop root folder (for greater versatility). However, the file was already in my Windows/System32 folder, so I just added it to the root folder for Photoshop (have no idea if that was necessary or not ).

You use the plugins in Photoshop via File > Automate
