There's so such thing, zero to hero is a marketing gimmick. For Premiere I suggest Cinecom's Premiere Series. These tutorials will only teach how to use the tools of premiere effectively but they won't teach you how to cut, when to cut, thats an artistic thing, whole another league on it own, you have to learn it from other courses and gain experience from working. And for After Effects, its a different thing, it has 2 faces, one for motion graphics and other for compositing. So again zero to hero doesn't exist, for compositing technicalities will almost solve most of the problems but motion graphics side of thing needs technicality and artistic vision. That you have to learn and experiment. For compositing I suggest Mark Christiansen's courses, videocopilot is also there. And for motion graphics I suggest School of motion and motion science. And research a million of plugins that exists there in aescripts. But if you are into compositing I suggest you to learn nuke or fusion. For timespass compositing learning after effects is ok.
Thank you so much for all of that. I didn't found Mark Christiansen course in photo-video club. If Mark Christiansen has a course, can you upload it? This one is deleted (https://p-v.club/threads/lynda-after-effects-2021-essential-training-the-basics.28379/#post-114870)
I am out of station for now, may upload in future, I have moved on from after effects to cinematography so , since this forum is based on photography and videography, these after effects course are a little off from this forum's genre, its more into computer graphics, I suggest visit cg related download sites, maybe some torrent sites too
