    The easiest way without installing a software.. is by adding pp between youtube and .com
    For exemple: https://www.youtubepp.com/watch?v=Yq9kwmhidWI
    It will bring you to a website, then you can choose to download the video or only the audio.
    I do it every time when i need to extract video or audio from youtube
