    I have pointed the fact the Admin HAVE made this community with a knowledge purpose...again, seems you misunderstood me...My " do ut des knowledge, keep in mind " was for the ones you mentioned.
    Reported also the intent of @h1ghm1nd cause we had spoken about it.

    There was a way to donate - but the easiest way to get likes is to join a subscription site and just go to town on it.

    And now you brought to light the concerns we all have... It is impossible to keep posting us much as we used to as I am pretty sure we are all running out of stuff to share. I mean, I can always abandon this account, open a new one and collect those low number trophies, but it feels like cheating.

    Management, any chance you lower that crazy high threshold for life membership?

    Structure used to be different, though. It was based on likes and not trophy points.

    After looking at the like/trophy structure chart, I'd have to agree that gold would not be possible after a certain point. Maybe just keep it always at 100 likes = 10 trophy points?

    It is this high for a reason - a lifetime Gold Membership takes time to achieve. Because once you get there, you have reached the top.
    Besides, more members join the forum each day, so you will receive more likes for the tutorials you have already shared, and if you want to get there faster, you can share more.
    And of course, you could donate and get a Gold Membership for a month, but for now the payment system is down, and this is not possible at the moment.
    But of course that the system is not perfect and it can be improved, so I am monitoring the average likes amount that the members receive.
