When I ask that same question I got answer that it's possible to upload other languages until they have english subtitles.
And I can see many uploads without english. Maybe it's just a matter of time for them...

I'd denote the language in square brackets before the title. Not sure on @george's feelings on the matter, but I don't much care what language the tuts are in - as long as the forum text is in english.

if it's oke, please put the language at the title, so people who dont understand wont download them accidently

Yes, you can post tutorials in other languages, but they should have English subtitles (not required, but highly recommended).
And you must use the "Other Language" thread prefix when posting.

Well, about English subs, it not depends on me, I don't have the subs. I know that youtube can ad subtitles but it's very slow process and with some mistakes. If some of you know how to produce subs automatically I'll do it.

Thanks very much for the answers!

I think that subtitles with some mistakes is better than no subtitles at all.
And when you speak about slow process does it mean that you want to get everything and immediately? Or it's mean that you didn't like to do extra work for other?

When I use the "Gold" thread prefix I can't use "Other language" prefix, and vice verse.

Well, I think I didn't say anithing about that. I was talking about youtube, I've tried to upload some videos of about 15mb to be subtitled and it was very slow process and wih quite mistakes, so I can't imagine what would be happen if I try to upload a 1gb video. That's all. I'm spanish and I don't master english languaje as I were native.

As you can see, many upload subs made via youtube. I'm upload them for russian video too.
It's not so long, if upload video at evening than at morning you have subtitles
