CLOSED-Looking for help with Premier Pro Transcriptions

    I just learned about the premier pro transcriptions (language pack) and how they can help me save a lot of time in editing. But as a premier pro that is not hosted on creative cloud it seems I am missing the transcriptions. I spend time trying to find a place where I can download them and import manually outside the creative cloud account, but for the life of me can not find them. Please help if anyone knows where to get them or if you have please share.

    thank you so much for help, unfortunately need something that outside the creative cloud as have standalone, look everywhere and still no luck in finding the download just for the language pack to install manually
