EDIT: All sorted. Thread is now a non-event.

Just a brief explanation in the absense of anywhere else to put it:

With Dropbox I employ the selective sync feature religiously. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that Mega has that same functionality, so - in an effort to upload new content without having to download everything I'd already uploaded, I made a new folder to upload from/into. Once those files were complete, I moved the cloud versions into the root directory, and thought that I'd be then able to return the local versions to my main archive. Apparently not the case; on moving those files, it pulled them from Mega, too.

Which sort of defies logic, but it is what it is.

The good news is that I'm now using my Mega root directory as my 'final' repository, which means that once everything sorts it self out between my computer and the cloud, I'll be able to post a bucket load of new content.

I use two mega accounts, when I get DMCA complain on my mega account I just open a new one, and link the files from the new one.

That wasn't the issue. As explained above, it was just synchronization woes.
