Perhaps a little of both - no doubt - but I sincerely hope he made a good buck from the sale (I subbed for a bit and learned tidbits from many courses) - funny how business models change like the wind sometimes . . . many factors contributing to the equation which could aid or hinder the final planned outcome . . . again: all the greater value a forum like this offers!
