    What do I say about Italy? We have a beautiful, complicated relationship. I found the love of my life there. I was nearly killed or paralyzed there. And it's full of passion and light. Oh, the light. This is a collection of images from my time in Italy, mostly Roma, Firenze, Lucca, and Bologna. I have saved my Venice images for another book entirely. Pour a glass of red wine and enjoy. Salute!

    He is definitely one of the better writers capable of putting thought to word in an eloquent (and humorous) manner specific to photography; probably in the top 5 that I can immediately recall. Do yourself a favor and visit his site - these small monographs are merely a sample of his veteran eye . . .
