Just downloaded. Correct me if Im wrong, but a lot of these seem to contain photos of men dressed as women.

 

. . . really . . .? I sense that they are relatively "older" women that the author is trying to pay some respect to because he's had a working relationship with in the past . . . but I honestly didn't look that deep into it . . . but I've had to use the term "handsome" woman in the past so as not to offend . . . but that was in my younger . . . and probably (in retrospect) stupider days {afterall - what woman wants to be called "handsome" . . . } = = = awwwww the fading effervescence of youth . . .

 

I was just wondering if anyone knows because they definitely look like men and not older women.

 

If I notice any adam's apples or narrow pelvic-to-pubis angles - - - I'll simply stick to reading the articles . . .

Thanks @Nikon4life . Your visual reminder that one month is at its end, and another begins is always fun and nostalgic - I am taken back to the magazine counter at Skillern's (our local all-in-one pharmacy next door to the 5 & a10 cent store of my youth in the 60s) and the arrival of Hugh's latest edition of PB.

 

I recall a similar local hang-out spot in our neighborhood - would sit for hours reading the comic books. The hired help would allow us to peruse the material uninterrupted and even let us take the mags onto the porch while we folded our freshly-printed newspapers for delivery on our nightly route (at that time - they ran AM and PM versions). However - the "adult" material was kept behind-counter. Heavy Metal was a publication which slipped through the fence though . . .

 

@Nikon4life Darn. I tried to "like" but have run out. (Just the cover of Heavy Metal is worth a "like". So I will have to return when my stock is refreshed.Please accept this comment until then.) Somewhere in the attic back home are well worn copies of comics when they cost about 12 cents to a quarter. I too would spend hours seated on the linoleum and check out the offering including even the Classics Illustrated. Good times.
