    Actually, this result looks very bad
    The picture after retouch looks like a cartoon
    There are highlight in the nose
    And the hair color changed to look unnatural, and i think it must be real
    There is no difference between hair color and background in the back

    A good retoucher knows: Never touch (in this case: highlight) the whites of the eyes unless you wanna remove blood vessels or yellowish shimmer. Try always to get it right in camera.

    I know this is an artistic approach towards a portrait but I must confess that I don't like it. It's just a snapshot of a good looking girl which

    It's only my personal opinion. Others may love it. Thank you for sharing @send2moran :)
