As I mentioned above, issues with GPU support. All AI powered features are not working.

Yes, indeed. On the DxO forum, users are really upset about the constant software crashes and the inability to use AI masks (which constantly throw "Internal Errors")!
DxO's advice is to temporarily install the old 57x drivers until they find a solution.

So, then AI masking is working in editor, but export with DeepPRIME still don't working.

 

Better to wait until there's a fix. Even 9.0.1.55 didn't fix the problems!

 

v.9.0.2 has just been released

 

Yes, I just tested it on 581.29 driver, and is only partialy fixed. Export with DeepPRIME 2/3 is working, AI mask by click or rectangle is working, but AI automatic selection still doesn't work.

 

We hope/expect a definitive solution in a future 9.1/9.2 or who knows what else.

Because it doesn't solve it. But the problem is much deeper than just a faulty program. On the other hand, the program itself might not be faulty.

It appears to be a bug in the RTX processor driver (really!). With the October driver version, the automatic AI mask works in the editor, but if it's used, exporting doesn't work.

v.9.2.1 has just been released.

The most important is why DxO is still not working, although program and RTX driver were fixed

After extensive testing it turned out that the main problem is WinML (surprised?).
In short, WinML is a part of Windows API that manages the resources necessary to execute high-level AI functions at a low-level, physically on processors and memory. This functionality is flawed. Similar errors to those in DxO appear in Adobe (in masking too) and Topaz (some features of some models just not executing).

Windows 10 will no longer receive updates, and people are giving up on Windows 11. These problems were not found on MacOS.
