I would love to find processing tutorials by Erin Babnik. She usually gives webinars and lectures, which are very interesting but don't go deep into processing techniques.

To my knowledge she doesn't offer any. She's part of the local (well, local to me) Photo Cascadia group. Most of that team only offer workshops. There are some notable exceptions, like Sean Bagshaw, Zack Schnepf, and Chip Phillips.
