Guys the courses here sometimes have huge zip files with course materials and while Extracting on windows 10 with 7zip extractor i get error "Warning: 32bit overflow in headers" and when i use winrar sometimes it say archive is corrupt or error in archive warning so question,
    1. should i ignore 7zip 32bit header warning?
    2. Why winrar fails to extract sometimes
    3. Please suggest Best and powerful extractor
    Thanks!

I dont know how it happens but sometime 7-zip gives that error message but you can extract it with WINRAR. It gives you another zip file and extract again for the final folder :D Hope it works

Is the ZIP created by MEGA? I would avoid that method.
Use MEGAsync or JDownloader to download the files.

No man I don't like to do that too, i was talking about existing zip files (course materials project files) like the one in Freelance colorist course one file called alexamini.zip 10gb i tried to extract it but winrar fails to extract it (only extracts half files 5gb)

I'm guessing that if no else complained then the error is at your end.
How do you download the files? Do you use a browser or a download manager?

Whenever I get stuck unzipping/unrar I would kill as many applications that are not essential to run.
Although I have what is called a gaming laptop, which is good for photography editing. Many a time it spits the dummy as not enough memory to unrar an archived file.
    - I would kill Acrobat if running
    - kill idm
    - kill icecream ebook reader
    - kill pwerdvd if running.

Almost immediately I'm able to unrar the files. Sometimes I find it easier to reboot.

    Hope this helps.

    Use 7zip to extract.
Also check your connection for packet loss.

Perhaps someone could download those files, extract them and re-upload the content; I can't do it right now, maybe in 2/3 weeks.

    @Andyw
    - You need latest version Winrar, if its older version sometimes you get error or file corrupt message
    - I use 7zip latest and 64bit version it is the powerful one, never got error messages.
    here is the link: https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z1900-x64.exe

    - Make sure you download and extract to NTFS drives.
    - Make sure the extraction path is not too long
    - Make sure you have enough space on C: drive because during extraction it needs some temp/cache space.

*positive or negative pls feedback under this thread.

Use Winrar to Extract. And use a shorter path when extracting, such as C: drive

ALSO ANOTHER TIP: You Can Easily Navigate Using Winrar and Rename the Too Long File/ Folder Name if Needed While You Cannot in Default Windows Explorer.

Indeed - the deeper the folder structure - the longer the file(s) path; total path and file name length must not exceed 260 characters.

I have to go with Nikon4life. Use winrar.

Unfortunately most errors comes from a corrupt archive on YOUR side of the download process. This can be due to connection troubles with packet loss, saving to disc issues, memory issue causing a type of buffer overflow etc.

You can of course force winrar to unrar these archives anyway and, depending of type of files inside, it may still work (you'll have to test it afterwards of course) - else, just download it again and they should work. Damaged/corrupted archives are normal to run into from time to time, as you are just copying a file from one place to another when downloading, and some bytes can be messed up for several reasons in this process.
